How we do it .... Renovate and Sell
This is the second of our core strategies.
Purchasing buy to let properties drains capital available for investment, to support this we complete multiple property renovations.
This strategy is similar to the buy to let strategy, the only difference being that after we refurbish them to the same high standard we will sell them to open market.
