Buy to Let
This is our principal strategy at the core of our business, creating a regular monthly cashflow whilst also generating longterm capital growth to our portfolio. We target and purchase properties at below market value, renovating them to a high standard and returning back to the rental market.
Renovate and Sell
This is the second of our core strategies. Purchasing buy to let properties will deplete the capital available for investment within the company, To maintain further independent working capital we will complete multiple property renovations and sell them. This strategy is similar to the buy to let strategy, the only difference being that after we refurbish them to the same high standard we will sell them to open market. Ensuring local high demand for properties during the purchase process helps to deliver a quick and efficient turnaround in sales.
